Experienced partner sought to join a busy Miami office to lead and grow integrated finance, corporate and securities workstreams. The role will focus on matters for private equity and venture capital clients and capital markets transactions, working with cross-practice deal teams.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, managing complex transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and developing new business. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is highly desirable.

Established partner with substantial experience in finance, corporate and securities transactions
Track record advising private equity, venture capital or capital markets clients
Demonstrable client development and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Proven ability to lead deal teams and mentor associates
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
