Senior finance partner opportunity with a well-established national law firm seeking an experienced banking lawyer to join its Morristown office. The role focuses on advising lenders and corporate borrowers across commercial lending, syndicated and structured finance, and asset-based lending.

The incoming partner will join a collaborative finance team, take a lead role on originating and managing client relationships, and help grow the practice through business development and mentor junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record in commercial lending, syndicated loans, and structured finance transactions
Strong origination and client-management skills
