Seeking a lateral partner to join a full‑service, nationally recognized law firm’s Finance & Banking group in Morristown. The role will focus on leading banking and finance matters, advising borrowers and lenders across commercial finance transactions.

The team handles a broad mix of commercial banking, loan structuring and secured lending work. This is a partner role with opportunities to build practice leadership, collaborate across offices and develop client relationships.

Established partner with substantive experience in banking and finance transactions.
Track record of originating or expanding client work and ability to develop a portable practice or client relationships.
Strong drafting, deal‑management and client‑relationship skills; comfortable leading teams on complex matters.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly.
