Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking & Securities — New York

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a capital markets practice within a full-service finance and securities team in New York. The role is highly client-facing and focused on originating and executing complex capital markets and finance transactions, overseeing deal teams, and deepening relationships with corporate and investor clients.

The position offers a visible leadership role with responsibility for business development, practice management and mentoring associates. The successful candidate will work across debt and equity capital markets matters and coordinate with related practice groups on cross-border and domestic transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in capital markets, finance and securities transactions
• Strong origination skills and existing client relationships in the US market
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
