Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a lateral partner to join its Global Finance practice. This role is open to candidates in Boston, Chicago, or New York City, with remote flexibility for the ideal candidate.

The practice is organized around two core teams: one focused on corporate trust work and the other on leveraged finance. The ideal candidate will bring deep bank regulatory experience, which is the key threshold for this search, along with a record of representing clients in significant borrowings and financings.

The firm is known for a collegial and collaborative partnership culture, with strong communication and cross-selling across the group. It operates a two-tier partnership (equity and income) and welcomes laterals into both tiers. The firm is moving to a national platform and offers competitive compensation.

Significant bank regulatory experience (must-have)
Representation of clients in large-scale borrowing and financing transactions
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Must be authorized to conduct US legal work
