Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance practice. The role will focus on advising borrowers and lenders across a range of financing transactions, including leveraged and corporate financings.

The successful candidate will join a cross-border team with US and UK capability and collaborate on complex, high-value matters. This is an opportunity to shape and grow a transactional finance desk within an established global platform.

Established partner with a strong finance practice and demonstrable transaction experience.
Experience advising on syndicated loans, acquisition financings, and corporate credit facilities.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable book of business is advantageous.
Comfort working on cross-border matters with teams in multiple jurisdictions.
