Senior transactional partner opportunity for an attorney with a portable investment/asset-management practice. The role sits in a busy finance and corporate group advising institutional clients on fund formation, asset-management arrangements and related financing matters.

The team acts for a broad range of managers and institutional investors on domestic transactions. This role is for a rainmaker who will lead matters, grow relationships and contribute to firmwide business development and practice management.

Established partner with a portable client base in investment or asset management
Extensive experience advising on fund formation, manager-side agreements and related finance transactions
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; proven deal leadership
Track record of originating and expanding client relationships; active business development
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
