Lateral Partner — Finance, Litigation & Intellectual Property (Miami)

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a patent litigation practice from the firm’s Miami office, with significant cross-practice collaboration across finance and structured/leveraged finance matters. The role suits a trial-focused partner with an established litigation book and experience managing high-value patent disputes.

Candidate will join a large, international firm platform and work with a multidisciplinary team on complex litigation and financing-related matters. The position offers client-facing leadership, business development responsibility, and the opportunity to build out a regional presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in patent litigation, including courtroom and appellate experience
• Proven origination and client-development capabilities for complex IP disputes
• Admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Miami office
