Established, market-leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York finance and capital markets practice. The role will focus on originating and leading complex securities and finance transactions for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team handling public and private capital markets matters, working with senior deal teams across the U.S. The position offers significant client development responsibility and a platform to expand an existing book of business.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in securities and capital markets or leveraged finance transactions
• Strong client origination and relationship-management track record
• Admissions and eligibility to practice in New York preferred
