Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a national law firm’s Government & Public practice in the Dallas office. The role will advise public-sector and private clients on government relations, public policy, regulatory affairs and procurement matters, and will participate in business development for the regional team.

The firm is looking for an established practitioner with a strong track record representing government entities, public-facing organizations, or businesses interacting with government. The role offers partnership-level responsibility, client management, and a platform to expand a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in government, public policy, regulatory or public sector practice
Proven client relationships and business development ability; portable book of business welcome
Deep knowledge of government processes, procurement, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the region
Admissions and credentials appropriate for senior partner role
Strong communicator and team leader, able to mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices
