Leading US law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to grow its Healthcare and Education practices from the Dallas office. The role will combine client-facing work across healthcare delivery, life sciences and education-sector matters, and offer a leadership role in business development and team growth.

Ideal candidates will have a substantial practice handling regulatory, transactional and compliance matters for healthcare providers, life sciences companies or education institutions. The firm is open to partners based outside Dallas and will consider portable practices that align with these industry groups.

Established partner with demonstrable client relationships and a track record of originating or leading matters in healthcare, life sciences or education sectors
Experience with healthcare regulatory, compliance, transactional or education-sector legal work
Proven business development skills; portable book of business welcome and will be considered
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Texas preferred; ability to work from the Dallas office and lead client teams
