Established law firm seeks a partner to grow and lead its Healthcare and Education practices from the Dallas office. The role will focus on advising healthcare providers, life sciences organizations and educational institutions on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The partner will be expected to originate and develop client relationships, lead deal and regulatory teams, and collaborate across industry groups to service complex, cross-practice matters. The search is open to candidates nationwide.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level client development and origination track record in healthcare, life sciences or education law
• Experience leading teams and managing complex regulatory or transactional matters
