Leading national full‑service firm is building its healthcare practice and is seeking a lateral partner to add depth in healthcare transactions, regulatory counseling and antitrust matters. The team has seen significant growth in recent years and is looking for an experienced partner able to contribute to and help lead further expansion.

The role suits a partner with a portable, client‑facing practice focused on healthcare providers, digital health/AI issues, payer transactions or regulatory compliance. You will work across transactional, regulatory and competition matters and collaborate with other practice groups.

Established partner-level attorney with a track record in healthcare transactions, regulatory counseling and antitrust/competition matters.
Portable, client-facing practice with demonstrable origination and client-relationship capability.
Experience advising on digital health/AI matters or other healthcare technology matters preferred.
Strong commercial judgment, team leadership and ability to work across practice groups.
