The successful candidate will be client-facing, take a lead role on regulatory and transactional matters, and collaborate with teams across practices to grow and manage engagements. Strong business development and relationship-building skills are essential.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in healthcare regulatory and licensing work plus transactional experience
Track record advising clients on compliance, regulatory strategy and transactional execution in the healthcare sector
Proven business development skills and ability to lead cross-practice teams
Bar admission in NY (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the US market
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
