Seeking a partner to join a busy Los Angeles practice focusing on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. The role combines counseling on regulatory licensing and compliance with cross-practice transactional work for healthcare industry clients.

The team collaborates across corporate and regulatory practices, offering a partner the chance to lead client engagements, shape business development efforts, and work on both advisory and deal-oriented matters.

• Established partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional work.
• Familiarity with healthcare licensing, regulatory compliance, and related transactional issues.
• Proven ability to collaborate across corporate and regulatory teams and manage client relationships.
• Eligible for admission to practice where required; demonstrated business development capability. Portable client base welcomed but not strictly required.
