Lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences practice from a major office in Dallas. This role combines client relationship development, strategic business growth and hands-on legal work across regulatory, transactional and compliance matters for healthcare and life sciences clients.

The team seeks an experienced partner to take ownership of matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-office teams on complex, high-value engagements. The position offers significant autonomy to shape practice direction and expand client coverage in the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Significant partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences matters (regulatory, transactional or compliance)
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Texas
