The role will involve leading client work across regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters for healthcare and education-sector clients, and contributing to practice growth.

The firm is open to candidates based nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice; strong business-generation capability and industry relationships will be important. This role offers a chance to work on cross-disciplinary matters involving life sciences, regulatory counseling, and institutional clients.

Current partner-level experience focused on healthcare, education, or life sciences matters.
Proven track record of originating and leading client engagements; portable book of business preferred.
Strong regulatory, transactional, and client-management skills relevant to institutional clients.
Bar admission and ability to practice in the applicable jurisdiction (or willingness to secure admission).
