Leading US law firm seeking a senior partner to expand its Healthcare and Education practices from the Chicago office. The role focuses on advising institutional clients across regulatory, transactional and compliance matters in health care, life sciences and education sectors.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable client base or relationships in the target sectors and the ability to develop new business across multidisciplinary teams. This role offers a platform to lead matters, grow a team and contribute to national industry-focused initiatives.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and/or education law, including transactional, regulatory or compliance work
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portability of a practice is welcome
Ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers
Strong commercial judgment and collaborative approach to cross-practice business development
