Lateral Partner Healthcare & Intellectual Property Litigation Denver

Senior partner role for an established national law firm seeking a lead lawyer to grow and lead work at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences and intellectual property litigation. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting IP disputes for clients in healthcare and related regulated industries, and developing new client relationships in the region.

The position will involve trial and appellate work, cross-functional collaboration with regulatory and transactional colleagues, and a visible business-development presence in Denver and surrounding markets. The team supports complex patent, trade secret and related commercial litigation matters for life sciences and healthcare clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in IP litigation, including patent and trade-secret matters
• Established client-development record in healthcare or life-sciences sectors
• Admission to practice in Colorado or ability to qualify, plus trial experience
