Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from the firm’s Boston office. The role will focus on advising emerging and established life‑science companies and their investors across commercial, regulatory and strategic matters.

The successful candidate will join a national team and collaborate across corporate, regulatory and IP groups. This is a business‑development focused partner role: you will be expected to manage client relationships and develop new opportunities while delivering high‑quality legal work.

Established partner with a track record advising life sciences, healthcare or pharmaceutical clients.
Experience handling commercial agreements, regulatory interactions, and deal support for life‑science companies.
Demonstrated client development and relationship management; a portable practice or demonstrable origination capacity preferred.
Admitted (or able to be admitted) to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for admission.
