This is a senior, client-facing position with responsibility for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across practice groups. The team handles high-stakes disputes for hospitals, health systems, and life sciences companies.

Proven partner-level track record in healthcare litigation and life sciences disputes
Significant trial and motion experience in state and federal courts
Demonstrated client development skills; a portable practice or ability to originate business is desirable
Experience managing teams and supervising associates on large matters
Active bar admission in Florida or ability to qualify promptly
