Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its healthcare litigation team in Portland, Maine. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare providers and life sciences clients on complex litigation and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will lead litigation matters, manage client relationships, and work collaboratively with a national platform to grow a regional practice. There is opportunity to build a portable practice or expand existing healthcare and life‑sciences work.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters
Track record of client development and ability to grow a practice (portable business welcomed)
Trial and motion practice experience and strong written and oral advocacy skills
Bar admission in Maine or willingness to seek admission
Experience supervising associates and contributing to business development initiatives
