Senior litigation partner sought to join and expand an established practice handling commercial litigation, labor & employment matters, healthcare disputes and construction-related claims. The role combines case leadership, courtroom advocacy and cross-practice collaboration on complex, high-exposure matters.

Responsibilities include leading trial teams, supervising associates, managing client relationships, and developing new business across regional and national clients. The hire will work closely with colleagues across practice groups to service multidisciplinary matters and grow the practice footprint in New England.

• Proven trial and courtroom experience in commercial litigation and employment law.
• Demonstrated experience advising on healthcare and construction-related litigation preferred.
• Track record of developing and managing client relationships and originating business.
• Bar admission in Maine (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
