Leading national law firm seeks a partner to build and lead its Healthcare, Compliance & Regulatory practice from the Manchester office. The role combines regulatory counseling with transaction work across healthcare and life sciences clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and managing matters, and expected to grow a cross-jurisdictional practice. Experience advising on U.S. state and federal healthcare regulatory regimes is highly valued; candidates with California and Texas experience are a particular fit.

Established track record of originating and leading healthcare regulatory and transactional work
Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance, life sciences regulation, and related transactional matters
Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development capability
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdictions and ability to work across states
