Leading US law firm seeks an experienced partner to lead and grow its Compliance & Regulatory practice from the Manchester office. The role will advise corporate clients and financial institutions on regulatory matters, compliance programs, and investigations across multiple sectors.

This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to business development and firm strategy in the region. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level background in regulatory and compliance work, with a strong track record advising corporates or financial services clients
Proven business development and client-originating ability; portable practice preferred
Qualified and in good standing to practise in the relevant jurisdiction (or able to secure admission)
Experience leading teams, managing matters, and mentoring junior lawyers
