Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare Transactions team in the Los Angeles market. The role focuses on complex healthcare M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and transactional work for healthcare operators and investors.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, originate new business, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on sophisticated healthcare matters. This is a partner-level role for an established transaction lawyer with a portable practice.

Established partner with a track record in healthcare transactions (M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, or similar).
Demonstrable ability to originate and bring a portable practice / client relationships.
Proven deal execution experience on complex, high-value transactions and comfort working with cross-disciplinary teams.
Strong client-facing, business development and team leadership skills; active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction preferred.
