Lateral Partner Intellectual Property & Corporate San Francisco

Senior partner hire to build and lead IP litigation and corporate capabilities from the firm's San Francisco office. The role sits within a national practice platform focused on patent and IP litigation, corporate work and complex litigation matters, with a priority on growing both IP and corporate teams on the West Coast.

The team offers a collaborative, multi-office platform and flexible compensation structures; candidates should be prepared to develop cross-office work and help expand market presence in the region. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities to originate and manage major matters and to mentor more junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in IP litigation and/or patent litigation
• Significant corporate experience (M&A, corporate governance or transactional work) desirable
• Proven ability to originate business, lead client relationships and develop cross-office teams
