Well-established, global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in Houston. The role will involve leading IP matters across litigation, counseling and portfolio management for a broad range of corporate clients.

The firm is looking for a partner who can contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented practice and who will play an active role in business development. Candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with substantial experience in intellectual property matters (litigation, counseling and/or portfolio management).
Proven track record of client leadership and business development; portable client relationships welcome.
Strong technical and courtroom advocacy skills where relevant; ability to lead matter teams and mentor junior lawyers.
Admission to relevant bar(s) and ability to work in the U.S.; local admission or willingness to obtain Texas admission preferred.
