Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Denver

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver intellectual property litigation team. The role focuses on high-stakes patent litigation across technology and life-sciences matters, working with an established group of litigators on nationwide and regional disputes.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage trial and appellate work, and help grow a robust IP litigation practice in the Rocky Mountain region. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be a key consideration.

• Established partner with significant patent litigation experience
• Proven trial and case-management skills at the district and appellate level
• Business development ability — portable practice or track record of originating new matters preferred
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in Denver
