Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Huntsville office to grow intellectual property and litigation capabilities, with priority given to candidates who can build or expand patent and IP litigation practices. The role will collaborate across corporate and litigation teams and may involve business development in the southeastern U.S.

The team handles complex IP disputes and corporate matters for sophisticated clients; the successful candidate will be expected to originate and manage high-value matters and work closely with associates and cross-office colleagues.

Compensation and partnership structure are competitive and flexible. The firm is particularly interested in experienced partners with a proven portable client base who want a collaborative platform and support to scale their practice.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Partner-level experience in patent/IP litigation and related corporate matters
Proven origination and client-management record
Ability to collaborate across practices and mentor junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to qualify
