Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Huntsville)

Senior partner role in a full-service US firm seeking a rainmaking litigator with proven IP and corporate-linked capabilities. The role will lead and grow litigation, mass tort/product liability and IP practices while collaborating with corporate teams on governance and client-facing matters.

The office prioritizes growth in the Southeast and is open to candidates who can help expand regional presence; there is flexibility around fee arrangements and equity for the right partner. The team works on high-value commercial litigation, patent/IP disputes and complex mass-tort/product-liability matters.

• Portable book of business of $850k (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in litigation and IP — track record in patent/IP disputes preferred
• Experience handling mass tort, product liability or complex commercial litigation matters
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships and grow a regional practice
