Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Irvine

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy West Coast office, focused on intellectual property (especially patent/IP litigation) and corporate work. The role offers a chance to lead and grow a high‑value IP litigation practice while collaborating with established corporate and mass‑torts teams.

Ideal candidates will have a strong portable client base, demonstrable trial or contested‑litigation experience in IP matters, and the ability to cross‑sell corporate services. The team values business development, flexible billing arrangements, and partners who can help expand regional presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in IP litigation (patent litigation preferred)
• Track record of generating and managing client relationships and originating work
• Ability to collaborate across corporate and litigation teams and to support business development initiatives
