Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Minneapolis

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major US-based law firm’s Minneapolis IP team. The role will combine leadership in patent prosecution and patent litigation, with client-facing responsibility on licensing matters and Hatch‑Waxman disputes.

The successful candidate will help drive and expand a portable practice, work collaboratively with litigation and transactional colleagues, and represent clients in district court, ITC Section 337 proceedings, and related regulatory matters.

• Established partner with a track record in patent prosecution and patent litigation.
• Experience handling licensing matters and Hatch‑Waxman (ANDA) disputes; familiarity with ITC Section 337 investigations preferred.
• Proven client-development ability and willingness to build a portable book of business.
• Strong leadership, client-management, and cross-practice collaboration skills.
