Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation - New York

Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York IP litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation and related contentious matters, working with a team handling high-stakes disputes across industries.

The successful candidate will handle all phases of patent litigation, develop client relationships, and collaborate with litigation and patent prosecution colleagues across the platform. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with national reach while maintaining autonomy over a portable practice.

• Established partner with a strong patent litigation background; experience managing complex, high-value matters.
• Proven record of originating or maintaining client relationships; portability of a practice is welcome.
• Admissions and standing to practice in New York (or willingness to obtain).
• Demonstrated trial and motion experience and ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers.
