Seeking a lateral partner to join a highly regarded US law firm’s Philadelphia office to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice. The role focuses on high-stakes IP disputes across district courts and the ITC, with responsibility for case strategy, trial preparation and client counseling.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable book of business who can originate work and deepen client relationships while mentoring junior litigators. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role within a busy, sophisticated IP litigation practice.

Proven partner-level experience handling intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark or related technologies).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring a portable practice.
Experience leading trial teams and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admission; strong client-development and business-management skills.
