Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Sacramento

Growing national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Sacramento. The role focuses on patent litigation and prosecution matters, partnering with an established IP team and working on complex technology disputes for sophisticated clients.

The successful candidate will lead and develop litigation matters, mentor associates, and collaborate with lawyers across offices. Business development and client relationship management are important components of the role; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate work is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and related IP matters.
• Proven trial and courtroom experience or significant dispositive motion record.
• Track record of leading teams and mentoring associates.
• Strong business development skills; portable client relationships preferred.
• Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdictions.
