Leading national/international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to grow IP and litigation capabilities. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation, with strong support for corporate work and opportunities to collaborate across offices on mass torts and other complex matters.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and a demonstrated record of originating and managing significant client work. The firm offers flexibility on engagement models and encourages partners who can build or expand a regional practice.

Established partner with substantial experience in intellectual property litigation (patents preferred)
Proven ability to originate and manage client business; portable book of business preferred
Experience working on corporate and cross-practice matters a plus (corporate governance familiarity helpful)
Strong leadership and team development skills; comfortable collaborating across multiple offices
Bar admission and good standing where required
