The role will involve leading high‑profile matters, developing client relationships and supervising a small litigation team.
The successful candidate will be client-facing, able to originate and grow work within technology/IP sectors, and play a key role in business development for the Toronto office.
- Established partner-level IP litigator with demonstrable experience in technology-related and copyright disputes
- Track record of leading litigation matters and supervising associates
- Proven business development ability and appetite to grow a practice in Toronto
- Portable book of business of $1–2 million (USD)
