Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Patent Litigation, Austin

Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Austin IP litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation matters handled in federal courts and before the ITC, working with a national practice group on high‑profile technology disputes.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy, manage trial teams, and develop client relationships. This is an opportunity to build and expand an existing regional practice within a broad platform of national and international resources.

• Established partner with a demonstrable track record in patent litigation

• Proven trial and motion experience and ability to supervise teams and junior lawyers
