Experienced intellectual property partner opportunity in Sioux Falls for a candidate to lead and grow a patent and trademark practice. The role emphasizes counseling clients on prosecution and enforcement strategy, managing infringement matters, and developing a regional IP platform.

The team handles a mix of patent and trademark work across technology and commercial clients. This role will combine client development, matter leadership, and hands-on substantive work while coordinating with colleagues across offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement
• Strong litigation or counseling experience handling infringement matters and coordinating multi-jurisdictional work
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant federal courts; active USPTO registration preferred
