Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Litigation, Sioux Falls

Senior IP partner role for an established practice seeking a leader to grow and manage patent prosecution, licensing and contentious IP work from the firm s Sioux Falls office. The role combines business development, client-facing leadership and hands-on matter management across both counseling and litigation.

Work will include patent prosecution and portfolio counseling, transactional licensing matters and patent litigation practice with experience handling Hatch-Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations. The team is looking for a partner who can build origination, mentor associates, and collaborate with cross-office litigation and transactional specialists.

• Established track record in patent prosecution and patent litigation

• Proven business development and partner-level client management skills
