Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas IP & Technology team. The role will focus on advising clients on intellectual property and technology matters with particular emphasis on telecommunications and life sciences industry work.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, helping grow and manage a robust practice, leading engagements and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships is highly desirable.

Established partner-level experience in IP and technology matters, with a track record advising clients in telecommunications and/or life sciences sectors.
Proven client origination and business development skills; portable book of business preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management experience, including supervising associates and leading engagements.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
