Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Dallas. The role focuses on client-facing IP work across technology, telecommunications and life sciences sectors, combining counseling, licensing and transactional matters.

The team advises on complex technology-driven matters for sophisticated corporate clients. This is an opportunity to join an established practice group and build on an existing book of business or portable client relationships in telecom and life sciences.

Proven partner-level experience in IP and technology law, including licensing and commercial transactions.
Track record advising clients in telecommunications and/or life sciences preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop business and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Active bar admission and strong academic and professional credentials.
