The role suits a seasoned litigator or labour lawyer with an established portable practice who can handle management-side employment mandates and contested matters across Atlantic Canada.

The firm has a growing regional footprint across the Atlantic provinces and takes on both local and national matters. This role offers a chance to shape a regional practice, mentor junior lawyers, and originate client work while collaborating with teams in nearby offices.

Proven senior-level experience in labour & employment and/or commercial litigation.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is required for equity partnership consideration.
Strong courtroom and advocacy skills, plus experience advising employers on workplace matters.
Ability to lead and develop a regional practice and mentor junior lawyers.
