Established regional litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its Albany office. The role offers responsibility for leading complex civil litigation matters across state and federal courts and helping grow a busy, trial-focused practice.

Ideal candidate will take a hands-on role supervising junior attorneys, managing significant docket responsibilities, and engaging directly with clients. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Proven partner-level litigation experience handling complex commercial and civil matters
Active admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
Track record of courtroom and motion practice; trial experience preferred
Business development ability and willingness to grow a portable practice
