Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its litigation team in Berlin. The role will focus on commercial litigation and international arbitration, advising domestic and cross-border clients on complex disputes.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within the group, leading matters, supervising associates and contributing to strategic business development. The position offers a platform to grow a dispute-resolution practice within a well-resourced team.

Proven partner-level litigation and arbitration experience with a track record of leading complex disputes.
Portable book of business or demonstrable ability to originate and develop client relationships.
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and leading deal/matter teams.
Strong advocacy and drafting skills; commercial judgment and business development capability.
