Leading international law firm is seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join its Berlin disputes team. The role is focused on commercial litigation and contentious matters across Germany and the wider region, working with a mix of domestic and cross-border cases.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work closely with other practice groups to service complex, high-value disputes. This is a partner-track lateral opportunity where bringing a portable litigation practice will be valued.

Established partner-level litigation practice with demonstrable track record on commercial disputes.
Admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and eligible to work in Berlin.
Proven business-development capability; demonstrated ability to manage and develop client relationships.
Fluent in German and English; strong drafting and advocacy skills.
