Lateral Partner, Litigation — Berlin

Leading equity-partner opportunity to join and grow a compact litigation team in Berlin. The role combines commercial litigation with international arbitration work and offers responsibility for client development, case strategy and team leadership.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on role managing associates and win new instructions across domestic and cross-border disputes. This is a full-time, partner-level position focused on building and maintaining a strong disputes practice.

• Established equity partner with significant senior experience (typically 10+ years at partner level)
• Track record in commercial litigation and international arbitration (or a litigation/arbitration mix)
• Proven people-management and team leadership experience
• Portable book of business of EUR 1m+ (EUR)
