Lateral Partner — Litigation & Compliance, Berlin

Leading German firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its litigation, white‑collar and regulatory practice from the Berlin office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work: defending clients in complex investigations, handling regulatory enforcement matters and advising on compliance programs and internal investigations.

The successful candidate will join a team serving national and international clients, take responsibility for high‑profile contentious mandates, and contribute to business development and practice management. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is expected.

• Established partner-level experience in white‑collar crime, regulatory investigations and contentious compliance matters
• Strong litigation and advocacy skills; experience representing clients before enforcement authorities and courts
• Proven business development record and ability to bring or originate client work
• Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and fluent German and English
