Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Austin)

Senior partner opportunity in Austin for a lawyer with a cross-practice background in commercial litigation, corporate transactions and technology-related matters. The role will focus on fintech and cyber-security related disputes and transactional work, with significant involvement in corporate governance and M&A matters for regional and national clients.

The practice seeks an experienced lawyer who will lead client engagements, develop new business in the fintech/technology sector, and mentor a growing team. This is a hands-on role combining courtroom and deal-side work and regular interaction with in-house counsel and technology clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in commercial litigation and corporate transactions, with experience on fintech or cyber-related matters
• Proven client-development and referral network in the technology/fintech sector
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and lead multi-discipline teams
