Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to grow its Denver litigation and corporate offering. The role combines high-value commercial litigation work with significant transactional matters across cross-border and domestic clients.

Ideal candidates will either join as a team or bring an established portable practice; the team-focused strategy prioritizes candidates able to expand transactional capacity while handling complex commercial disputes in regulated sectors.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions.
• Track record working on high‑stakes matters or complex deals, including cross‑border elements.
• Prefer candidates who can join as a team or bring a portable practice; demonstrable client relationships and origination ability expected.
• Experience in one or more key sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
• Admissions and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); Denver-based or willing to relocate.
