An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner team to strengthen its Minneapolis platform across commercial litigation and corporate transactional work. The firm advises a substantial roster of clients in complex, high-value disputes and corporate transactions.

This is a team-focused acquisition rather than an individual hire. The group will be expected to drive transactional volume while maintaining capacity for significant commercial litigation matters, and to serve clients across the life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and automotive sectors.

While the platform is based in the Midwest, the firm has a pronounced market overlap with New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany, and the incoming group's relationships in those markets will be a strong consideration.
