Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to grow a combined commercial litigation and corporate transactions practice in its Minneapolis office. The role is focused on building team capability across significant commercial disputes and M&A/transactional work, with frequent cross‑border matters.

Searches prioritize established teams or partners who can demonstrably expand transactional volume and litigation capacity. Ideal candidates will have experience advising clients across regulated and commercial sectors and supporting growth into key U.S. and international markets.

Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate/M&A matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; demonstrable portable practice or ability to help scale a team.
Experience leading or integrating teams; strong business development and client management skills.
Sector experience a plus: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive.
Comfort with cross-border work and collaboration across U.S. and international offices.
